How to Use
Apply a small amount to the palm of the hand. Gently spread the oil over the affected areas. Using smooth, long strokes and kneading movements, gently massage the affected areas.
For optimal effect, use it before bedtime or anytime should you wish to relax and de-stress. For use in prenatal massages, apply only after the first trimester and before the last month of your pregnancy as part of your daily evening routine.
Tip: Pour a few drops inside a diffuser and dilute with water for aromatherapy.
